During my survey I asked women what their most pressing question was regarding their personal, business and/or spiritual empowerment and among the answers were:
How do I hold it all together while raising a family and trying to build my business? How do I take time for me?

These were valid concerns because many times we wear so many hats that while trying to fulfill all of the roles we neglect to invest in ourselves and connect with mentors and coaches who will help us stop the insanity, stop trying to reinvent the wheel and do it alone.
