Vision is our way of seeing  the long-term objectives for our business

 what we see down the road as the ultimate density. You must be able to see your vision if you are going to achieve it.  Just as you see your self traveling and arriving safely at a destination

Goal setting is our GPS our road map on how we are going to get there.

However they can work with or against each other. Not staying focused on your vision can get you off track

and on side roads to detour to other less important time consuming endeavors 

On the other hand too many goals  at one time can be can be like traveling on a high way with out a real destination exiting at every  intresting billboard  and clutter progress, Too many goals at one time dim  vision. When  your vision gets dim you dont know where  you are going and you can feel like a slacker for not finishing or arriving at a desired destination

Vision should be clear and have emotional impact on us for motivation

Goals should be challenging, but realistic and attainable.
