Hello Ladies my name is Lesa Kent and I love referrals most of my friends call me for "who do you know that does...."  So this is right up my alley .  I live in the metro detroit michigan area, I'm wife and mother of two toddlers boys.  I work a full time job in Labor Relations.  I enjoy telling others about AVON and Celebrating Home (hobby.. I love decorating).  Currently I'm looking new customers in my AVON business which I started in April this year.  Please know that my mantra is time and money I beleive in giving customers a geat value for their money and I beleive in not wasting their time.  I often highlight things I think my customers will like based on past purchases or what they have told me they are interested in.
