You know ladies, I was just thinking how we take care of everyone in the world first before ourselves. Our careers, our families, our extended families, our friends. What do we do for us?
I have recently started a monthly program among my friends by having them host a "Just for me" day. During this time we have girl talk, we pamper ourself and it's funny. I find that most of us do not take time out to enjoy pampering ourselves.

We haven't taken time to smell the roses. We don't have a clue on the next best thing that is healthy for us. Don't even talk about what our plan B is. Most of us don't even have plan A.

What about the men? Most of us have just plain old settled. Settled for men that not only don't suit us the Queens we are, but we take so much mess off of them.

I also learned that there are so many women that are in just plain unhealthy relationship. We I don't know if I am on a track here with starting girl power up again. But I have a mission to get all my sister involved in spending some quality time for just you.

What our "Just For Me' Day involves:
