I was introduced to Evolv and Limitless by a professional health care nurse in October.  After taking limitless for three days, I stop experiencing stiffness in my joints.  Also, for the past three years, I suffered with a cyst located at the back of my left knee, which was extremely painful during the winter months.  The inflammation is gone and for the first time in three years, I don't feel the discomfort from this baker's cyst.  Also, my 84-year old mother is benefiting from limitless.  I am also on my e84 challange to lose weight and inches in 84 days.  Since November 7th, I have lost 9 pounds and seveal inches.  I have gone from a size 20 to a size 18!!!  ...and still counting.
