Many blessings to each of you! I want to share what I do too! As a Wellness Coach supporting natural products, I will am happy to help you with any questions you may have regardng energy, overall wellness, weigth management, mental clarity, and more! First of all have a beautiful day!
I have an e-mail too if you ever need to write there. (terrirainey2003@yahoo.com) Perhaps you'd like to share yours as sometime we have attachments and pictures to share which work better via our e-mails. Smile!
I am big on health and wellness! To me there is no better way than to take care of your own health and be in control. It is wonderful to go to the doctor once a year for your physical and he/she gives you a clean bill of health and you don't need any prescriptions because there is nothing wrong with you! (LOL!) That's me! And I am almost 65! I call myself a Sr. Teenager! This has been my report from my doctors for years! So I continue to take care of me first and then share what I do and help with others because it truly works and it is all-natural! This is about our health and wellness! Make the commitment to yourself then others will follow us as we show and teach them. They will ask us, "What are we doing?" Please let me know if you want more information! I am here for you. After Easter, you may want be getting ready for Spring and Summer!

One of the books put forth at the Global 50 meeting yesterday by Mrs. Jackson was The End of Anger by Ellis Cose. Come payday I'll purchase this book.
Global 50 is an organization in Southeast Queens primarily but not restricted to Black Women over the age of 50. Many of the attendees are men, whites who live or work in our community, and Ladies under Fifty.
It is in its preliminary stages but many of the ladies who attended the meeting were very interested in my education vision and willing took my business cards. I did not have to hand them out. In fact during the course of the meeting God gave me confirmation through a young woman who is a minister in the community. She began to speak on Habakkuk 2:2-3 which discusses writing the vision and making it plain. When God originally gave me this scripture some 20 years ago I took it at face value not realizing it could have a multiplicity of meanings. Now I understand the levels of complexity within these two brief verses in a book of the Bible most Christians rarely visit. Habakkuk may be considered one of the minor Prophets but the Lord gave him major ideas that are still applicable today.
