I am a Life By Design POWER Coach; specializing in image enhancement and lifestyle development. My main objective as a POWER coach is to get individuals out of their head and into their lives by getting them to understand who they are and where their POWER comes from. 99% of my clients--men and women, boys and girls, start by creating a personal mantra--their "I Am" statement, so they can increase or regain their personal power and hold a position to create the lives they really want and deserve.
