About Me:: My joy and purpose is to help people, particularly women, improve their lives through increased self-awareness and Christian principles. Many would call this "life coaching," but as of late, I tend to shy away from this overused term. My friends have been referring to me as "The New You Guru," and I kinda like it! So, look for me to use this tagline pretty soon!

I have written a book entitled, "The 21st Century Virtuous Woman: Lessons For Becoming The Woman You Were Meant To Be." I have pulled it from my blogsite in order to work on my 2nd Edition coming soon!
