About Me:: I am a CrossFit and ACE certified trainer in Atlanta, GA focusing on total body, mind, and spirit training. I have been active all of my life with swimming, running, cycling, rollerblading, or being a gym rat. I can't imagine life without having an outlet that is just for me...working out. At the end the day, I want to have either started my day or ended my day with something that is benefical, just for me. As a trainer, I want to motivate others to make exercise a part of their daily lives through ever changing rountines based on functional and core-based strength training. As an endurance athlete, I understand the importance of working the cardiovascular system as well and would never neglect it in any workout. By combining cardio with functional strength training, the heart rate is elevated to give you a complete workout in a short amount of time. Now I am not talking about "Curves", I am talking about something that is going to keep your furnace burning for hours to come... a workout that will make you wonder if you were ever in shape. Don't worry, I will keep you coming back for new challenges. First your cardio system will get somewhat adjusted to the workout and then your muscles somewhat tolerant. All of the sudden, I change the structure to keep you getting results. And that is what we all what...right?! I am serious about motivating and challenging others to get exactly the results they are looking for. So if you are serious and ready for an improved you, know that I can make you better!
