About Me:: I am Mommy to my 12-yr-old son and 6- and 4-yr-old daughters. My husband is Jimmy.

I handle real estate financing for home buyers and investors. I enjoy working creative deals using seller seconds and down payment programs. YES!! They're still available! 100% financing is possible!
