- My specialties are Women's Sexuality and Womb Wellness Through Scents and Rhythms. Using the Art and Science of Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, Breathing Techniques, Movement and Hand Mudras, I will guide you in how to alleviate many of the causes and symptoms of painful menstrual cycles, peri-menopause and menopause.
I also give you tips and remedies to use for a happier, healthier sex life, infertility, easier pregnancy and childbirth. I deal with not only the physical but the spiritual, mental and emotional aspects of being a dynamic woman in today's world.
I create Coming of Age Ceremonies as well as an array of other rituals and ceremonies to mark those important life experiences such as marriage, divorce, childbirth and more!
I am a Certified Aromatherapist, Reiki/Karuna Ki Master, Womb Wellness Consultant, Harmonic Infusion Practitioner, Diva Advocate, Ceremonialist, Interfaith Minister and VTeam Vizionary with over 30 years experience in transformational work with women.
