About Me:: I grew up in the Washington D.C. suburbs and always wanted to make extra money babysitting and making cookies. I have always had an entrepreuneur spirit from childhood. I was working for a company that downsized and was out of a job. A friend of mine introduced me to the temporary industry and I started my first temp job. One Friday evening while driving home from my assignment to pick-up my check, I was inspired to start my own staffing agency. I remember telling my husband that I wanted to start my own business and he thought I was crazy. After prayer we decided that if we keep GOD in this business, that would be all we need. Thus, All-U-Need Personnel was birthed. The company has been a million dollar company since 1996. GOD is good and through it all, I'm trusting in His goodness and faithfulness..
