- I am a black british woman married to an african american.I have 3 children who are now bilingual. We have been living in France for the past 6 years. I run a boutique weightloss retreat in a quiet village in south west France. All my clients are English speaking and come from the usa/uk for 2-4 weeks to lose weight or occasionally to manage an eating disorder , I also do telephone consultations for children and adults who wish for support at home. I am a Nutrition counselor and I focus on the way that we perceive ourselves through food and the factors that influence our food choices.
