I am very excited about creating this Cupcake-on-a-Rope, for the #staysweet girl!  I had so much fun submerging the scrubbies into the melted, vegetable glycerin soap, and seeing them transform into cupcakes.  Doesn't the puff look like icing?!  Too cute.
