I take my Warm Spirit Restore, JuicePlus (I distribute this too) and have a very positive attitude! I eat right most of the time and help others. I exercise some but walk a lot! I have God in my corner and make it a point to get my rest. Lots of fish and salads and fruit too! No secrets - just do the right things 95% of the time. I don't drink soda or caffine. Eat raw, broiled, baked, broiled not fried! Get your fluids too! On june 2, I will be 61 yrs. young!
