10744098097?profile=original  If you’re an entrepreneur or veteran in your business, and you’re finding it difficult to borrow money, then you may need to look at the foundation of your business. It’s unfortunate a lot of financial institutions loan officer do not have the knowledge to help you qualify for funding.
As a business owner for over 10 years, I am very familiar with the stress that comes about when you need money either to expand your business or just trying to make payroll. I discover 4 years ago about business credit, and I took all my free time to learn as much as I could about it. Many used this method to acquire funding, because their personal credit was destroyed.

A few things that I learned from studying business credit was that in order to obtain funding you must have a strong business foundation as well as good personal credit. Although, those facts made since, it made me feel discourage and uncomfortable, but as I educated myself more and took action, I felt a sense of relief.

I’ll like to share with you those steps I took to build up the foundation of my business in this outline.

 1st you must pick a favorable lending code. In the business world they call it SIC CODE or NAICS CODE. I made a video explaining these terms on my youtube channel on my website http://BusinessCreditAmerica.com.  Some of the favorable lending codes with be the following niches such as technology, education, retail, wholesale, and telecommunication.

 2nd step to building the foundation of your business is the structure of the business. Banks and Credit Unions are biased to the structure of the business. The majority of business owners are focused on either a S-Corporation or an LLC. However, banks favor C-corporations, because it’s look at as an entity that can vouch for its own credit, built up correctly. Another reason the C-corporation is preferred is because you can raise capital by issuing stock in the company.

 3rd step in building the foundation of your business is the registration of the company online. There are several avenues you need to take when registering your business. You would start with the business credit bureaus. These would be Experian business, Equifax business, Credit.net, and Dun and Bradstreet. Once you’ve register with those, you move on and register with the government systems like, Sam.gov, ORCA, MBA, and SBA. After, you’ve completed those you’ll register with the top search engines like google, bing, yahoo to name a few. The purpose of doing all of this registration, because this acts as a third party verifier. I discuss more of this in my ebook THE INSIDER BANK SECRETS.

 4th step in obtaining business funding is opening up 3 business bank accounts (checking, savings, and expense). By opening these accounts, you are establishing a relationship with the banks as well as building business credit with the credit bureaus. In my ebook I teach you how to make a small budget go a long way when building a good business relationship with the banks.

EVERYBODY WORKING FOR THEMSELVES IS A MYTH. HERE IS THE TRUTH!!!!

EVERYBODY WORKING FOR THEMSELVES IS A MYTH. HERE IS THE TRUTH!!!!

Hello Community,
Lets get to it!!!! Everybody DO NOT want to work for themselves.

Yes, I know all the advertisements scream

that myth at you , Daily!!!!!

The marketeers try to convince you having a JOB is not a good thing.
Who are they trying to fool?????
If you are not earning a income , who will purchase the good and services and business opportunities

they promote???

I ask you WHO???
Yes, they say JOB like it is a bad thing. You gotta be kidding !!!!
Everybody who follows this flawed logic, join the JUST OVER BROKE mantra.
Many do not even think about what they are advocating.
Well, here is my take. JOB stands for JOY, OVERCOMING BROKE! Say that daily.

Yes, every action I take to improve my income and lifestyle is supporting that realization.

That includes keeping an 8 TO 5 Yes, the 8 TO 5 allows me to pursue my passion, which is marketing and
promoting, working with online business operators, consulting with small business owner.
The 8 TO 5 handle basic operational cost like food, shelter, clothing. ( Remember, I am a home based
business owner/operator ), so I can generate additional income from doing my passion.
Now, imagine trying to do that without the operational cost being handled.

You, those who have had to do this, know

what I am talking about , it is difficult, to say the least.

Here is another irony to the Everybody wants to work for themselves myth.

As business owners grow, acquire new customers, service existing customers, purchase goods and services,

etc. they quickly realize they need help.

Guess what they do next- Inquire about people looking for a JOB!!!!!

Yes, a JOB!!!!

Get it,

We all have a JOB, some work for themselves, some work for others. A JOB is a good thing!!!

Now, here is the reality one should be focusing on . Create multiple streams of income.

Create income producing assets.

Do not rely on one source of income i.e JOB.
HAVE A FINANCIAL PLAN B!!!!!

Recognize and accept events change, sometimes for the good and sometimes for the not so good.
You want to be prepared either way. Have options, Create options.
Without options they is no choice, just situations.

Need help with creating your PLAN B? Want to know how to create income producing assets?
How to determine how many streams of income you will need to be financially solid??
Great!! I have suggestions!!!!! Email me at juniques@yahoo.com
Subject: Having a Job is ok with me show me how to create my Plan B!!!

http://BusinessCreditAmerica.com 1-800-652-7157 How to Build Business Credit without Net30 Accounts.

In this video I explain why net30 accounts are not necessary for business credit funding. I have stated over the year that if people want to get approved for revolving credit they have to do several things, starting with their personal credit.

1. Repairing your personal credit so you can be a guarantor on business credit cards or loans is important to the business.  If you feel that repairing your personal credit may take to long, then find a service that offer cpn's or scn's.
Click on the link http://www.goodcreditunion.com/

Some business owners have elected to add someone with strong credit on their board to be a personal guarantee for the company.

Click on the link http://www.businesscreditamerica.com/business-credit-without-net30-accounts/

2. Building the business foundation to acquire funding.  As a small business owner you need a website and social media, as well as, registering the company.

3.  Business owners need to file financials and ucc-1.  This is what the banks look for in a business credit file.  These documents are what is used to help get the business loans and revolving credit cards.

4.  When you receive your articles of incorporation, you need to go open up 3 bank accounts (checking, savings, and expense).  In the ebook I teach you how to properly use those bank accounts to build a relationship with the banks.

5. Purchasing the Dun and Bradstreet credit builder package is a good way to expedite to build up your business credit file.

http://BusinessCreditAmerica.com  Understanding a 80 Paydex Score and Business Credit Score/Rating

In this video I explain to you the difference between a paydex score and a business credit rating.
First, understanding that a paydex score is based off a customer paying 3 to 5 trade credit vendors on time.  Trade credit vendors commonly called Net30 Accounts give credit to start-ups or established companies. There is not a lot of factoring that goes into it.

Now lets look at a few important things that are used to factor a business credit rating.
1. A company's size and it's structure pay a key roll in it's credit rating.  I explain these factors in my new ebook "The Insider Bank Secrets."
Click here to get the book
http://www.businesscreditamerica.com/business-credit-without-net30-accounts/

2. The industry risk code or SIC CODE AND NAICS CODE also help to factor your business credit rating.  In my new ebook, I give you examples of good and bad risk codes in helping you to obtain business credit funding.

3. The outstanding balances of your accounts payable will also affect your business credit rating.

4. Paying your bills on time or earlier help determine you a good risk as well as your credit card utilization.  Having high utilization, but low credit card balances also has an impact on your business credit score.

5.  Having good public records and updated financials help boost your business credit score.  When file those ucc-1 financials statements showing you paid a loan off, or paid a lien in full you are showing lenders your business is a good credit risk.  Always keeping up to date financials on file to show the growth in your business also has a positive influence or your business credit rating.  I explain all these steps in my new ebook "The Insider Bank Secrets."
Click on the link to get the book
http://www.businesscreditamerica.com/business-credit-without-net30-accounts/

6. The length of your credit history for the business also is important.  This show the business has stability and profitability over a period of time.  In our business credit forum, we show our members how to create this history.

beauty salon owners linkedin

LinkedIn is the Rodney Dangerfield of social media: despite having 200 million highly influential subscribers, it gets no respect. Even though it is consistently ranked among the social giants Facebook and Twitter, it doesn’t seem to get as much hype from the mainstream media. But as a tool for marketing your beauty salon business, it provides a huge edge over its more popular peers. Because unlike Facebook and Twitter, which regularly exchange cat photos, inane one-liners and political rants from nutty uncles, LinkedIn is all business.

How companies are leveraging LinkedIn

You operate a beauty salon business. Your time and energy is scarce. So why should you worry about LinkedIn? Here are a few ways your peers (there are 1.3 million small-business owners on the network) are employing it to their advantage:

  1. Sharing wins: As a beauty salon business owner, you're working hard. Why not share your success stories? Promoting your accomplishments is just good marketing. And with 2 million C-level executives using the site, you might suddenly find yourself with some deep-pocketed suitors.
  2. Getting referrals: LinkedIn makes it easy to get peer and client endorsements for the work you do. Best part? When someone recommends you or writes a testimonial, everyone within your network sees it in his or her activity feed. This type of social proof is the BEST way of getting new customers.
  3. Finding new talent: If your beauty salon business keeps growing, you'll undoubtedly need to hire new employees. LinkedIn is a great place—scratch that, it’s the BEST place—to find new players to include in your team.
  4. Promoting events: LinkedIn’s event feature is a game changer! It has never been so easy to spread the news and drum up enthusiasm about upcoming events, sales and get togethers. You can even use their service directory to find professional event planners to help you.
  5. Boosting website traffic: A little-known secret about LinkedIn is that it’s very influential with Google; if you have a presence on LinkedIn, you’re likely to see a jump in search engine visibility, too. More clicks = more customers!
  6. Getting answers: LinkedIn is a goldmine for information on operating a successful beauty salon business. You can uncover great advice from some of the savviest business minds in the world in LinkedIn Answers and Groups. You will discover over 2000 groups devoted to small-business and beauty salon business related topics.
  7. Finding investors, vendors and partners: It’s a networker’s paradise. Whether you require some capital, a new accounting firm, or even a beauty salon business partner, you’re not going to find a better resource than LinkedIn. Anywhere.

We’re just scratching the surface here, folks. The benefits don’t end there. Pay a visit to LinkedIn, set up a page for your business and see for yourself. I know your time is scarce, but trust me, it’s worth it.

Juniques Multi Cultural Connections Making the Financial Way for Seniors and Elderly

JUNIQUES MULTI CULTURAL CONNECTIONS IS AGE AWARE!!!  http://www.jusmcc.org
If there ever was a group of people who need financial strategies for living a positive lifestyle is Senior Citizens (60-80) and the Elderly 80 and beyond).
Middle age folks (45-60) have to pay attention also, for they too, are heading into these catagories.
"The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry" ( robert burns, poet)
Yes, the best laid plans can go wrong!!!!
JMCC is offering options for improving your finances ( which seems to effect so many areas of development). Living does not have to be difficult!!
USA economic policies are in place and/or being put in place to assist our youth. That is a good thing!
However, we must look at the other end of that "timeline" and see where these youths, will be arriving.
If we properly prepare, we will not have to be repeating the same economic empowerment strategies for those "new age category" people.
Additionally, we must assist seniors and elderly in devising an effective economic empowerment strategy. No one wants to be at the "mercy" of someone else benevolence to take care of them.
We have too much going for us economically in the USA to not make this happen!!!
www.jusmcc.org will be a advocate and provider in this endeavor.
The demographical information shows us why this economic empowerment is imperative!!

Senior Citizens to Exceed Children in Most of World and U.S. by 2050 Census Bureau estimates show seniors in U.S. increasing by 104% from 2012 to 2050
June 28, 2012 - The world's inhabitants in 2012 are an older mix of people than was the case a decade ago, driven by declining fertility and increasing life expectancy.
According to new U.S. Census Bureau population projections, by midcentury most world regions, and the United States, will resemble Europe, which in 2005 became the first major world region where the population 65 and older outnumbered those younger than 15. In the United States, the senior citizen population - those age 65 and older - is projected to grow by 104.3% between mid-year 2012 and 2050.
At that point there will be 80.5 million Americans under age 15 and 86.8 million seniors over age 64. Northern America, which includes Canada and the United States, will have joined Europe in this historic reversal of age group sizes by 2050, as will Asia, Latin America and Oceania (which includes Australia and New Zealand).
Moreover, China is projected to move from having nearly twice as many people in the younger age group than in the older one in 2012, to the opposite situation by midcentury. These projections come from an update of the Census Bureau's International Data Base, which includes estimates by age and sex to 100 years and older for countries and other areas with populations of 5,000 or more and provides information on population size and growth, mortality, fertility and net migration. Since April 2012, users of the International Data Base have been able to obtain population in single years of age, allowing them to calculate country-specific populations in particular age groups (e.g. population at selected ages younger than 5, or adolescents).
Between now and the middle of the 21st century, global population will continue aging. The percentage of population 65 and older will more than double, from 8 percent today to nearly 17 percent in 2050. This will carry with it well-established changes in the mix of communicable and noncommunicable disease patterns in populations, health care burden, pension systems, the composition and character of the labor force, and other economic variables, such as savings and consumption patterns.
One world region — Africa — will continue to have populations younger than 15 that are much larger than those 65 and older, but even there, the balance will have shifted toward the older group JMCC is active in providing job and opportunities for the multi cultural communities, especially seniors and elderly!!

How is it that, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics, our percentage of business ownership as black women in the U.S. is up 59 percent since 2002, yet we make up a mere 3 percent  of the $1.2 billion dollars in sales from women-owned businesses?

Unjust systems and long-standing, deliberately placed hurdles aside, many of us are learning to maneuver this new era of social impact through technology, and leveraging our skills with our passions to the tune of thriving businesses and comfortable lifestyles.

But on the real, the numbers of us who hoist sails on sinking ships with unstable businesses far surpass the number of financially and emotionally stable black women business owners.

Certainly, we do not lack access to the resources or the brainpower it takes to excel in business—so what’s the deal?

Business and Life Strategist Katrina M. Harrell and I have got a theory about these troubling truths.  It might ruffle your feathers a bit, but perhaps that’s a necessary part of your growth and ours.

The theory: Black women in business have been B.I.T.C.H.ing up, big time!

Yes, we BITCH up!  We get scared.  We stop trusting ourselves.  We take the shortcuts and we prioritize popularity over business ownership.  Many of us, myself included, spent years building a “popular brand”, without focusing on operating a business.

The results: High visibility, but low income.  Some success, but no real fulfillment.

I was a slave to the very thing I had built.  But thankfully, I got free.

Homeless, Broken and Beat (Explicit)

I had to forward an email I just got from
David Sharpe. I was a little taken back
when I started reading, but I think you'll
see why I passed it along to you.

Just FYI.

It is a little graphic.....

-------Fwd Email-------

Most folks would never tell you about the

skeletons in their closet in fear that you
might judge them.

Well here's my truth.....

For 10 years of my life I struggled with

addiction and alcoholism.

I lived mostly on the streets and in abandoned

cars and houses.

I had a daughter at the age of 16 and was

separated from her when she was 5.

I felt empty inside and never thought I

would get to experience life the way
'normal' people do.

I was a victim of my own thinking and

bad decision making.

And, I....

...on more than one occasion, almost lost my

life by way of being in the wrong place at the
wrong time.

However, in February of 2008 I reached a

bottom I had never experienced before.

I was empty on the outside.....

.....and empty on the inside.

I took a risk, and crawled my way into a room

where I knew a man and asked him to help me
save my life.

And he did.

After massive personal transformation, 4 years

passed and a little blood, sweat and tears......

......I've managed to stay completely clean and

sober and turn my life around full circle.

I've fought to get my family back, including

the most important person in my world.....

....my eleven year old daughter.

I'm actually about to run out the door and have

a 'dedicated daddy night' with her and grab some
pizza :)

I found love.....

....and plan to spend the rest of my life with

Erin,  my girlfriend, who has also helped me
save my life.

Not to mention when I first started this whole

online marketing thing just over 2 years ago......

......I didn't even own a computer.

Today it's not like that though.

Not only do I know what it's like to have a

defining moment in my personal life - I know
what it's like to have a defining moment in my
business, too.

I've since gone on to become one of the most

sought out trainers, coaches and marketers in
the online marketing industry, and built teams
in the thousands and produced results on a
massive scale.

I invite you 'behind the walls' of my life because

I want to share my personal experience with you
in hopes that you realize......

....whatever 'monkeys' are on your back.

...whatever struggles you're trying to overcome.

...and no matter how much you think there's no

hope left.

I'm here to tell you that there is.

If a 28 yr old homeless addict, who society

wrote off as an outcast and lifetime loser
can break the mold and seize the moment....

So can you.

And not only do I want to help you create a

permanent change in your personal life...

I want to help you create a permanent change

in your business, too.

But you have to do what I did and take action.

I crawled my way into a room where I knew

a man and asked him to help me save my life.

And he did.

Now it's your turn.

In the last 2 weeks, we've seen the people

inside Empower Network display greatness.

They've done things that will be talked about

for YEARS to come.

And already, thousands of people have made

money.

And it's been deposited directly into their bank

account.

Because we want you to be in control of

your life ...and your money.

You work for it.

You get it.

You do what you want with it.

And don't settle for less.

Our income report is tremendous, and we're

proud to show it off to whoever wants to see it.

Because we're making a difference.

One person at a time.

One family at a time.

One business at a time.

So......

If you haven't had your first 100% commission

directly deposited into your bank account yet,
you deserve to feel that feeling.

We've already paid out $773,024.20 .....

....and we just hit our 6,000 member today.

550 people are joining everyday.

Do you think there's a reason for that?

And all that in just 16 days.

We've got a couple of people who have made

more than $30,000.00

Several that have made more than $20,000.00

And lot's that have made more than $10,000.00

Best of all....

We've got tons more who have made a few

thousand, or even their very first sale online.

Sometimes I sit back and think about what

would have happened if I never took a risk
to ask someone to help me save my life.

Where would I be?

What would I be doing?

Who would I be with?

If I didn't decide.

Every breakthrough starts with one thing.

The first step.

Take it, now.

You will never get this moment back.

It's your turn.

Decide.

This is as good as it gets.

We just want to know if you're ready to join us.

If so, we'll be waiting on the other side.

Why you should Break Free from Comfort

10744067476?profile=original

Comfort means you’re safe, you’re in a domain that is not opposing or challenging, you’re familiar with that around you and there is no intent on changing from your large, strong and coo-shy safety net, but what happens when you want to break free from that net, jump back into the ocean or spread your wings? DISCOMFORT! Facing new challenges is exactly that as it means taking a risk, a chance, grasping at an opportunity. There's nothing comfortable about striving to achieve a goal but there is joy in the making of dreams.

A dream is your creative vision for your life in the future. You must break out of your current comfort zone and become comfortable with the unfamiliar and the unknown. - Denis Waitley

As black women we are all to ready to clutch to our comfort zones, we take a step, two or three, achieve a university degree, a white career and then phew we made it, and it feels good being right here, so let’s stay right here, in the comfort zone. If that’s were your dream ended then congratulations be proud of yourself but that doesn’t mean you have to stop dreaming.

We shall have no better conditions in the future if we are satisfied with all those which we have at present. - Thomas Edison

Discomfort is falsely associated with failure and we misinterpret the feeling of discomfort and evade it where we should welcome it. Ever heard the expression ‘no pain, no gain’? We understand this very well for beauty and fitness but fail to recognise the same for our professional and personal progression, although it’s entirely the same game.

Progress always involves risk; you can't progress to second base and also keep your foot on first. - Christie Mason

Success is always preceded by a temporary condition of discomfort and discomfort is a temporary condition of expanding your comfort zone, but the longer you dwells in a comfortable the greater the number of situations that make you feel uncomfortable will grow.

Nobody ever died of discomfort, yet living in the name of comfort has killed more ideas, more opportunities, more actions, and more growth than everything else combined. Comfort kills! - T. Harv Eker

Comfort is the most potent inhibitor of success. We must remember that as black people it took many stepping far outside of their comfort zone for us to finally arrive where we are today. In two of my earlier articles I address the history of Queen Amina the African warrior queen who achieved one of the greatest military success in African history and Harriet Tubman who refused to remain a slave and went on to free hundreds more. These great black women are fine examples that demonstrate; the higher the measures of discomfort the greater the achievement.

Be brave enough to live life creatively.  The creative is the place where no one else has ever been.  You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. - Alan Alda

In order to rise we must prepare to be discomforted, expect discomfort and welcome it with a “Hello old friend, let’s push the boundaries together again”. Make discomfort a familiar friend and not a stranger in so far as your competence allows and where is doesn’t find the tools to make it do so.

10744065068?profile=originalChoosing the right business name is the good way to start your business. In a world where there are many variations of names, prose, and business services it is important to make sure you find a name that is unique to you and your business to brand as your own.

Perhaps your business is in its inception phase, meaning while in this stage, you are still working on finalizing some ideas. This is the process of visualizing, planning, and development of the type of business you want. It is also the time in which you are making decision on the direction you plan for the branding of your business. By the end of this phase, the business should have at least a tentative name. There is no rule that sets this into stone; however, as a business owner destined for more day-to-day decision making to come, you want to at least complete this portion of your process.

In this article, we will be performing a run through of some suggested ideas to use when choosing a name for your business. Choosing the right name from the start is important, because once the name goes public, it may be difficult to go back and change it later. We have provided some simple suggestions that have been tested and learned through experience.

There's no requirement that says you have to choose a name that seems common or even make sense to others. Take a chance. Select some random business names for testing and trial runs. Although were going random, we also want to make sure, the business name signifies the nature of your work or the specific line of business you are catering to. Names that give no clear reference as to the type of business or nature of the work are often overlooked. Unidentifiable business names take time and research to figure the nature of the business. Be considerate and do the work for them by making the meaning of the business obvious within the name. For example, Joe Smith, LLC, tells us nothing about the business or what it is they do and risk potential customers not taking the time to find out. Same with promoting your business online, not only should the name be original, it should provide some indication as to the nature of the business. Do choose a clever name. People like thoughts that trigger ingenuity.
