Harmonic Relationships: The Ultimate Gift

Harmonic Relationships

By Herbert Harris

The Ultimate Gift

The basic principle of the universe is that of order. When order is extended over a time period, it becomes harmony. This universal harmony is like a great symphony in which all notes, vibrations, and sounds are being played at the same time, for all time.

Each entity, each person, each life form is a note, a vibration in that great universal sound. When your life is in order, your goals are attained and your visions are realized. Your purpose is fulfilled, and you are in a complete harmonic relationship with the universe.

The note and vibration that is your life is in perfect harmony with your destiny. When this perfect harmony is achieved, you become one with the universe, and, upon your transition, leave your physical body at the proper level of consciousness to ascend to the next level of your universal evolution.

When your life is out of order, your goals are not being attained, nor is your vision realized. You are not in a complete harmonic relationship with the universe.

How do you know that your life is out of order?

You feel it. You are not happy. You are not clear about where you are going. You fear the future, and suffer anxiety, stress and a host of other unpleasant feelings.

How do you get your life in order?

You study the universal principles of the universe, and then align yourself with these principles. The extent to which you align yourself with these universal principles determines the extent to which your harmonic relationship with the universe can move toward completion.

The way that you align yourself with the principles is to study, implement and master them. The better you get, the more complete your harmonic relationship with the universe. Once you are on the path, there is an endless cycle of growth, illumination and elevation to the next level to be mastered.

Our book, The Twelve Universal Laws of Success, lays out the laws of success and demonstrates their universal application.

These principles will aid and assist you as you move toward the completion of your own harmonic relationship with the universe and the realization of your destiny.

Seven Basic Harmonic Relationships.

1. The first harmonic relationship, Self with Source, is the relationship between you and God—the Universal Intelligence, Consciousness, Force, and Source that is common to all religions and cultures.

2. The second harmonic relationship, Self with Self, is the relationship between you and yourself. How you feel about yourself

3. The third harmonic relationship, Self with Others, is the relationship between you and other people.

4. The fourth harmonic relationship, Self with Energy, is the relationship between you and your powers.

5. The fifth harmonic relationship, Self with Objectives, is the relationship between you and your goals and vision.

6. The sixth harmonic relationship, Self with Results, is the relationship between you and that which you achieve.

7. The seventh harmonic relationship, Self with Purpose, is the relationship between you and your life purpose – your destiny.

"You can take action, you can make a difference, and you can respond in a positive, creative way to any situation. You can do whatever must be done to live the life of your dreams. Yet in order to do so you must first believe that you can. In order to do so, you must let go of the limiting beliefs you use to hold yourself back..."

"As you begin to take action toward the fulfillment of your goals and dreams, you must realize that not every action will be perfect. Not every action will produce the desired result. Not every action will work. Making mistakes, getting it almost right, and experimenting to... see what happens are all part of the process of eventually getting it right."

Savvy women and Woman Entrepreneur’s Productivity tips: The To do list reborn and Batching

We’ve all heard of the 10 things to do list.

The problem with this is that you end up with 10 humongous tasks which all require attention of their own.

I’d like to call this The to do list reborn. When making up your to do list don’t just jot down 10 things on the list Put the items of highest priority at the top. You don’t want to have a list of 10 things
to do. You want to narrow it down because you’re going to add some
action steps or mini goals.

It’s important that you do this activity correctly if you want to achieve the highest results.

I share this in the Make it Happen "30 days of Empowerment” mentoring program. You’ll discover how to get Big results faster than you have before.

Another productivity tip is what is called batching.

Pull out your new and improved To-Do list. Look it over and I I’m sure you’ll see some commonalities and patterns. You might find there are types of tasks that are all performed similarly.

How are they similar? Maybe you complete these tasks while you’re in the same mindset or while using the same equipment. They might be tasks that are call-related, tasks that need to be done in the same software
on the computer, tasks that require extended thinking, etc.

By grouping these tasks together, you can save transition time between activities – and, of course, get more done in less time. These are the types of tasks that are perfect for batching:

Tasks that occur or can be scheduled in the same physical location. By grouping tasks in the same environment together, you save time moving back and
forth. For instance, if you’re meeting a client downtown, arrange
several other meetings in the same general area.

Other ideas: Mailing/shipping at the post office, doctor’s appointments, running errands, even daily tasks in your house (when you’re in the kitchen cooking breakfast, put away the dishes in the
dishwasher, too).

These are just a few of the productivity tips that I’ll also share in my upcoming Make it Happen “30 days of Empowerment” Mentoring program.

This post is an excerpt from my free call You Empowered! Simple secrets to conquering overwhelm.

For a limited time you can request my free gift audio replay download of this call only. On this call I also share one thing that can be attributed to weight gain, overwhelm and
chronic disease and more!

Entrepreneurial Success = Learning All You Can

10744054460?profile=originalAs a woman business owner it is important to learn all you can about being successful in business. If you're like most other entrepreneurs who want to stay in the know you probably follow thought leaders and gurus. But did you know that another great place to find success tips is by to simply pay attention to what you see in everyday life? Here's a few insights that I gleaned by observing the way an ant goes about its day.

Diligence

Ants are probably one of the best examples for learning about the power of diligence and how it helps produce great results. The smallest of all creatures it is likely one of the most productive of all living things. When compared to people who are slothful in work, the ant helps us see two distinct traits that lead to success. It is a model for traditional careers and for those who are self-employed. The ant realizes that there is a time to sow and a time to reap. Business cycles follow this same pattern so it is critical that we prepare for the ebbs and flows and to remain energetic in our work. As you anticipate the change in seasons maximize sales by raising the bar in productivity. You will be glad you did when there is adequate cash reserve to carry you through the not so good seasons.

Independence

In order to be successful, there are two behaviors that you can adopt from the ant's example. First, cultivate independence. It is important to be able to manage time well on your own without requiring supervision. Being your own boss requires you to make every effort to carry assignments through to completion. This will become second nature as you become more aware of the urgency to get work done within a specified time frame. When it comes to work ethics another lesson the ant teaches is to not put off tomorrow what you can do today. Allow this standard to become part of your work DNA so that you are consistent in following through.

Alertness

Another important point to note is that you also need to heighten your sense of alertness. Develop this skill by getting familiar with your company and industry's cycles. Conduct research often and prepare forecasts so that you are always ahead of the game. Use your findings to answer questions such as:

  • When is the best time to invest resources into marketing, networking and advertising?
  • When can you expect those results to produce?
  • What do you need to do now in order to ensure a bountiful harvest during peak and off seasons?

These are just a few tips that I learned from paying attention to the ant. I'd also love to hear yours.

To your productive day!

Are you performing poorly in critical areas for business success? Do you want to grow your client base? Expand your product or services? Improve your company’s visibility? Set short or long term goals? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then your company might benefit from a strategic plan.

What is a strategic plan? Simply, it defines a strategy that your company is going to follow over a defined time period. Strategic planning involves anticipating the future environment, while making decisions in the present. By developing a strategic plan, will help you stay on track with your goals, while creating action steps to achieve them. Here are 7 key components to successful strategic planning.

SWOT Analysis

In developing a company’s strategic plan, a look at the internal and external environment is an important part of the planning process. A SWOT analysis will address key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Mission

A mission statement defines the core purpose of the company - why it exists. It should be a part of every company to serve as a baseline for effective business planning and so that everyone is on the same page.

For example: The mission of the Jones Virtual Office Support Services encompasses empowering women to start and grow their small business.

Vision

A vision statement outlines what a company wants to be. It focuses on tomorrow; it is inspirational and provides clear decision-making criteria.

For example: The Jones Virtual Office Support Service’s vision: to be recognized as the premier leader in virtual office support for small to mid-sized business; to provide professional and effective financial, technological and administrative services to our clients.

Components of the vision can include:

· The size of the scope of work

· The company’s role

· What the company itself look like

· What are the major sources of funding

Core Values

Core Values are the fundamental values or ideals at the heart of the company that lays the foundation on which you perform work and conduct yourself. Your core values shape your culture and define the character of your company. Core values may include:

· Clarify who you are

· Guide your company processes

· Articulate what you stand for

· Help explain why you do company the way we do

· Govern your personal relationships

Goals

Setting goals are a key component in effective strategic planning. Goals can be defined as a written target of where your company wants to be within a specific time frame. Some goals will take time to achieve, so it is important to measure your progress regularly.

Goal setting is crucial if you want to remain successful and competitive. The key to success in setting goals for your company is making sure they are attainable and measurable.

Key Strategies

It is important that your company have several key strategies in place for a positive outcome. When you look at key strategies, you are measuring what approach will help you to accomplish your goals. For example, the key strategies for providing exceptional customer service:

· Focus on creating value for customers.

· Focus on customers.

· Train your staff to create a great customer service value

· Create a process for handling customer complaints

Strategic Action Program

Once your plan has been completed, it is important to have time-lines, deadlines, budgets and performance targets in which to manage and measure. It is also important to identify who will take care of different aspects of your plan.

In conclusion, to determine where your company is going, you need to know where it stands. That way, you can create a strategic plan to determine where you want it to go and how it will get there.

What keeps you up at night?

Do you struggle with limiting beliefs?

Are you influenced by the thoughts of others about who you are and find that when you start trying to play a bigger game as a womanentrepreneur or make endeavors towards women’s empowerment you shrinkdown to make them feel comfortable?

Maybe you’re experiencing overwhelm and that your life is out of control leaving no time for the things that matter most. Or you workhard to have clients and customers but it seems that it’s not working.

Could you be in your own way and don’t even know it?

Take inventory of how you may be getting in your own way.
How do you do this? One thing that is very important to any endeavor
towards women’s empowerment, personal development etc. is to begin with you.

Take inventory of where you are. Assessments are key in this process.
One is a self discovery assessment. You discover more about yourself and
may uncover self sabotaging behaviors that you weren’t aware of. It is nota negative process, however, it helps you to also discover theuniqueness of you. Doing this assists you in developing a plan for bestpractices to achieve what it is you desire. It also assists inuncovering the blocks.

2. Acknowledge the truth.
You may have already arrived at the a fore-mentioned , however, maybe your challenge is that you are indenial. You cannot correct or change what you don’t acknowledge. Youcannot change what you tolerate.

3. Move past the pain of your past. One area that I’m passionate about is helping women to get unstuck. How long have you been feelinglike you have? How long have you followed the same system with noresults? How long have you been struggling to become confident? Thepain of your past will imprison you.

You wonder why you tend to reach an impasse when trying to reach your goals. There are many reasons for this, however, one is movingpast the pain of your past. Of course there are issues that need to beaddressed and you seek closure, however, do not pitch a tent there.Work through it and move on. In this area it is also critical that youdon’t take on the victim mentality. Everything that comes out of yourmouth is how they did you. You don’t understand. I can’t do thisbecause I’m still hurt because. If you’re going to realize trueprosperity “Spirit, Soul and Body” you’ve got to move on!!!

I’ll go over this in the upcoming Empowerment Gathering live here in Sacramento, CA.

I’ve given you three things you need to do to start the process of getting out of your own way.

For additional keys request my free empowering audio

If you're anything like me, you probably compare yourself to others sometimes; and for me, this is especially true when it comes to other entrepreneurs.

Amy Dubois Barnett, author of "Get Yours: How to Have Everything You Ever Dreamed of and More," has this to say about making comparisons (this applies to guys as well, by the way):

"What she's got, that's nice for her. But you, girlfriend, are unparalleled. Your life and your path are your own. Learn from others' successes and failures, but do you."
For the most part, this quote encourages me when I feel down. It also helps me remember that I should think about my assests and what I have to offer instead of concerning myself with what others are doing.

How do you stop this habit?

  • Become aware of what you're doing. Comparing is usually done without you even really thinking about it. The solution? Watch out for those thoughts. If you're on the lookout for them for a few days, they'll be easier to recognize, and soon, it will be hard not to notice them.
  • Stop. When you see that you're comparing, take a moment, and realize what you're doing. Don't criticize yourself or feel bad-- simply recognize the thought and gently alter your concentration.
  • Recognize your blessings. You'll be much better off if you focus on the things you already have-- shelter and food, the people in your life and the fact that you're still breathing!
  • Focus on your skills and talents. That doesn't mean boast and brag, but you should feel good about them and use them to your best advantage.
  • Be okay with imperfection. Realize you aren't perfect, and you never will be. Of course, you should always strive for excellence, but don't think you'll be the "perfect person." Your flaws make you you so you're already perfect.
  • Don't belittle others. At times, we criticize other people to make ourselves feel and look better. Doing this, however, is damaging, and in the end, it hurts you, too. How about encouraging someone instead?
  • Concentrate on your journey. Regardless of what society thinks and portrays, life isn't a competition-- it's a journey, and you should only be concerned with yours.
  • Embrace having enough. By wanting what the Jones's have, you won't see that you have everything you need. Realize that even if you only have the basics and people who love you, you are blessed.

Feel free to share your tips below!

Network Marketing Works---When you know how to work it.As an entreprenur...i currently have 2 businesses. One of them happens to be a network marketing business (http://www.SendOutCards.com/98658)Thinking about starting a home based business for sometime now... It all sounds good in theory. It would be nice to keep your current job (until you choose to move on), cultivate a new opportunity, create unlimited income potential, achieve a healthier personal and family lifestyle, pay those college tuitions, establish financial security for retirement, and have the means to pursue any dream you may have. But you’re skeptical. You’ve heard about the pyramids, the scams and the loads of products you must buy to remain eligible for compensation. You hear about the companies that collapse or get into trouble with various attorney generals and government agencies for illegal compensation plans and false product claims. So is Network Marketing a viable home based business or work at home opportunity? The answer is yes. There are many legitimate Network Marketing or Multilevel Marketing, MLM companies out there which people are building very successful home based businesses with. They are building large networks and generating significant supplemental residual income and in many cases primary incomes.Matter of fact there are over 20 million people in the USA in the Network Marketing Industry today. A large percentage of whom have made this their chosen profession, a full time profession. The beauty of this industry however is that anyone can be successful on a part time basis with limited resources. The secret to success is repetition and consistency in following the systems laid out by the MLM one chooses. Thus the trick becomes figuring out how to choose the right MLM, the best Network Marketing Company for an individual’s personal situation. There are many resources out there to help with this process. Before i joined (http://www.SendOutCards.com) I did a lot of research b/c i was skeptical about joining yet ANOTHER MLM business...and believe me, ive tried them all. But during my research i didnt find anything derogatory about that. On top of the fact that i actually do like and use their product w/o having to feel pressured or convinced. Nor do i have to go to any of those brainwashing "conventions" that are associated w/other MLMs, but i still have the support i need, whenever i need it.Today people in general are more skeptical and we have to live with that harsh reality. Network marketing prospects are even more skeptical, making it difficult but not impossible to build your business. Each of us has some degree of skepticism, after we've been burned a few times it becomes much tougher to sell us anything.Especially if we've already been down that path and found it did not work as advertised.Network marketing brings with it a whole new set of challenges, from the way we advertise, to how we approach our prospects. So it is no wonder when we hear something that contradicts what the majority of marketers are saying we immediately discount it until later it is proven true. One of the important things to remember is, you are in a REAL BUSINESS. You no longer have a boss holding you accountable. Your network marketing success or failure is dependent upon you and your actions, and is not a get rich quick overnight program. If you are currently researching different Newtork Marketing opportunities, here is what you should be looking for:Integrity. Are Distributor-Driven.Have Products & Services people want.Great Management.Have Some Form of A Compensation Plan.Integrity:Does the company have it? Do they stand behind their products, services, and their distributors? No outrageous claims or exaggerations.Success Rate:We have to face the fact that 97% fail, if you want to cut years from the learning curve, become part of the 3% that does succeed, then you need to discover a program that has helped thousands achieve greater results: http://www.SendOutCards.com/98658Weve been in business for a few years and things are continually progressing. You can even send a FREE card to see for yourself how great and easy this business is. For questions or comments please feel free to email me sendoutcards.98658@gmail.com

Let’s face it; making money is easy especially in America. In this country you can literally start a business with little experience and money and build a multi-million dollar corporation with hard work, passion and some luck. We’ve seen it happen many times and it will continue to happen. So it’s not the creating of businesses that is difficult it’s keeping them!

Below are my top 10 “non-text book” real world reasons why businesses fail or struggle. (in no particular order)

1. Poor or lack of Goal setting and strategy – This goes back to my blog on business and passion. Once you’ve reached the point where you know your passion should be a business you must then determine what your goals are and develop a strategy surrounding them. Not doing that can leave you running a treadmill and loathing your passion.

2. Big Cash, Big Spender syndrome – I’ve seen this in the consulting business. You get several contracts and are paid generous initialization fees and instead of treating the huge payments as part of your future cash flow or properly investing, you begin purchasing assets that suck up your cash. Create cash flow projections and don’t treat your business like your personal life. Start and grow LEAN.

3. Not taking your business seriously – A marketing expert once said “When you don’t have money all you’ve got is time.” Not knowing basic legal, financial and regulatory aspects in your business can cost you. Know your business and as TheCashFlow.com’s tagline affirms “Handle your Business”.

4. Confusing your hobby for a business. – I talk about this a lot but it’s very true. Not that you shouldn’t turn your hobby into a business, but be sure points #1 & #3 are in-tact before doing so.

5. Hiring friends and family -- Like point #3, unless your business is a hobby, many of us actually want to obtain some financial security. While you CAN hire family and friends, do so ONLY if it makes good business sense. If you have a business need that your friend is more than capable of handling, great, but don’t try to fit a square peg into a round hole.

6. Not paying taxes or avoiding them -- Back to #3, understand the basic regulatory aspects about business. Make sure you pay your payroll taxes on time. If you can’t, consider getting out of business. Period.

7. Putting the cart before the horse – When you hire employees, remember as CEO you set the tone and pace for your company. The success or failure does not rest solely with the employees it’s with you. As with our bodies, everything starts with our brain. Even a strong healthy leg (employee) can give out if our nervous system (the CEO) isn’t functioning properly. If you’re dysfunctional so is your business.

8. Personal and business funds comingle – It’s very easy to look at your business as an inflated personal ATM machine when you’re doing well. This practice can get you in trouble. Especially reverting back to point #6. It’s difficult to truly see how your business is performing if there are many personal transactions in the way.

9. Over outsourcing – It’s great to outsource areas that can be done more efficiently and cost effectively by someone else, but there is a drawback. Over outsourcing can drain your cash flow and become counterproductive when you have limited money and resources to begin with. Take the time to come up with a plan and remember think “LEAN”.

10. Know your numbers – Quick tell me what’s your profit margin? COGS compared to your unit pricing? Payroll compared to revenue? EBIDTA? Quick Ratio? DSO? LMNOP? (last one was a joke) Point is these seemingly dubious terms actually can hold the key to your business success. Not knowing these and other financial indicators can leave you wondering “where’d the money go?”

This list can continue forever so you can add mine to your favorite top 10. The goal though is NOT to discourage you but as always to empower you if you see yourself within any of these points. The old school definition of an entrepreneur used to be one that takes risks. So continue to enjoy the risky ride. Just be it a well informed ride.

We are celebrating Independence day in the United States and for Canada
I believe it began July 1.

When thinking about Women's Empowerment I can't help but reflect on
how we have been granted certain freedoms because of the sacrifices of many.

This is a short post, however, a very important point to speak to.

My question to you is "What does Freedom mean to you?"
My answer? Freedom to me is having the ability to do what I want, when Iwant, at the time that I desire and where I want while enjoying
my family and friends. This also includes my Faith.

Are you realizing this freedom? What are you doing to manifest this Freedom
in your life? Does your current business model support your idea of Freedom?

If freedom means something different to you, ask yourself the same questions.

We have so many opportunities to realize the freedoms that we desire.
Empowerment is a choice. You make the choice to realize maximum empowerment
or to continue your dis-empowering habits and as a result remain in the same place.

As you celebrate Independence day, set intentions on how you are going
to step up to realizing the Freedom you desire in your life today! Begin
living life on your terms by your design.

Happy Independence Day!

Motivational quotes to inspire you.

"Think about your future possibilities and the fact that your potential is virtually unlimited. You can do what you want to do and go where you want to go. You can be the person you want to be. You can set large and small goals and make plans and move step-by-step, progressively toward their realization. There are no obstacles to what you can accomplish except the obstacles that you create in your mind."

Do you feel stuck in your life?
Do you long to overcome fear?
Do you have a dream but feel afraid that you can’t do it?
Are obstacles and fears stopping you fulfilling your dreams?

Well, I know how you feel, and have been right where you are. We women often have a hard time dealing with our fear. Certain things are expected of us in life, and we feel pressure to conform, to take the safe path, to chose wisely.

Success Begins And Ends With You

“Success is more than a journey, it is a frame of mind.” – Erica M. Johnson

I hear people say all of the time that they want to be successful, but what does that actually mean? The world seems to have its own definition of success, which may mean having a lot of money and being well known. But do you really have to be rich or well known to be successful?

The answer to that question is for you to decide. But I would like to challenge your thinking and open your eyes.

So, what does it mean to be successful? According to dictionary.com:

Success

–noun

1. the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors.

2. the attainment of wealth, position, honors, or the like.

3. a successful performance or achievement.

4. a person or thing that is successful.

5. Obsolete. outcome.

So now that we have defined success, the big question is: “How do you get it?”

Success begins and ends with you. Right now at this very moment you are successful. Regardless of your situation or how much money you have in your bank account, you are successful. People often feel that they need to wait until some imagined perfect moment, or until they reach a certain amount in their bank account, or a certain status in their career to say that they are successful. You are successful NOW!

Success is a frame of mind. You know the old saying, “You are what you eat.” Well, you are what you think! It is a known fact that your thoughts control your actions. When you think of success think of yourself.

Define your own success. Every time I coach a client they say that they want to be successful. In my experience no one person’s definition of success is the same as another’s. Success to one person may be earning $80,000 a year, being able to take two vacations a year, and spending time with family and friends. On the other hand, another person may say that success is becoming a millionaire and being able to experience all the finer things in life. And they could care less about spending time with family and friends!
