People are starting home based Hair Weave business due to this company

by Rickey Johnson - Juniques Multi Cultural Connections- 9 Jan 2013

The company; Micore International

Hello, I am an independent consultant with Micore International (http://www.jussuccess.com )

Hair Weave is a billion dollar industry. The demand for hair extensions and enhancements make
up a large part of consumer purchase from the ethnic consumer. It is projected that there will approximately 119.7 million ethnic consumers by 2014.

Ironically,African-American women
make up a large part of that consumption, yet, are not the providers of hair extension products.

( visit http://www.jussuccess.com to view company and product)

The hair extension industry is made up of manufacturer, Distributor, Retailer, and consumer.

For decades, it has been very difficult to enter the hair business as a distributor or retailer,
due to limited access to product and very high business start up cost. The hair extension industry
is not showing any signs of slowing down and actually creating product supply opportunities.

This growing Hair extension industry, has open the greatest opportunity for business expansion, for those who want to capture it.

One company answering that "opportunity call" is
Micore International. This company provides distributorships to anyone who want to offer
hair extensions to the retail public and save on their own personal purchase.

For $19.95 a person can open their distributorship and be in business, that same day.

( visit http://www.jussuccess.com to view company and product)

Micore International also offer online training for those who want to become skilled at this new and growing hair enhancement and replacement opportunity.

You are welcome to explore the opportunity Micore International is offering by
viewing the micore international independent distributor site at http://www.jussuccess.com

Stopping your own blessings.

this post will read like my random thoughts and revelations I've discovered in my own times of resisting to be loved and blessed and having experienced others doing the same. I realize and know that ALL blessings aren't good blessings and it takes understanding proper DISCERNMENT to distinguish when God is offering the blessing versus when there is an hidden agenda involved. However this blog post is about when the blessing is authentic. It’s the hard truth as I see it, unfiltered and perhaps uncomfortable. But new levels of living require new levels of truth. I’m being held accountable for my living every day and I’m sharing it with you…

HOW TO F&^% UP BLESSINGS…

Ooch! I know...but for me the truth doesn't always come in a politically correct form...perhaps for you you've had enough of the sweet delivery of messages that do very little to hold you completely accountable to your action or inaction. IF that's you this will connect deeply.

We pray for blessings, and miracles but then we block them every chance we get.

"SCARY INSECURE PEOPLE DO SCARY INSECURE TYPE SH–"

is what was told to ME loud and clear when I found myself being scared and insecure in those sneaky unnoticeable ways I was sabotaging miracles and blessing that were coming to me that often people never ever see or are willing to address.

Ever notice that? I do. I’m mindful of the times I do it and I clearly see it when others to. No judgement, but I notice it. I wonder for myself why I’d ask for miracles to come and happen only for it to happen then I turn my nose up because it didn't fit into the image I originally had in mind. Or to have been SO attached to a specific outcome (like I know every darn thing) that when someone comes to bless me and they didn't have the specific dollar amount, the race, or whatever in their hand – that I wanted. I started doctoring up the blessing, twisting and turning it and trying to force-fit my “needs” in it until the blessing had know choice but to say “Oh wow, I can’t do this..NO”

HUMAN NATURE IS STRANGE RIGHT?

Building an Engaged and Loyal Audience

audience-300x199.jpgYou have this vision. You have an idea. You know that if you could just get in front of the right people, you can seriously, change some lives. You even know that what you’ve got has value, and if enough people know about it, your life would be so different.

The reality is, doing business online is not as easy as the experts make it sound. You know in order to reap the rewards of your labor, you’ve got to build an audience. But, not just any audience, an engaged and loyal one.

You’re no dummy, you know building this audience is going to take time and effort. You realize that there has to be order, a process to making it happen. That all takes time. So you start to wonder, what should I do in the meantime?

A Riveting Read Like No Other

Ebony has been condemned and rejected by her parents and peers all of her life. Like many other black girls who grew up weary to face life, she struggles with the adversities of being impoverished and accepted for who she is. After being mentally, emotionally and sexually abused, Ebony still struggles to fight her way to the top, never fully realizing what her worth is until she finds love and acceptance from one of the faculty members at her school. From that point on, things began to blossom for her until she meets a smooth operator named, Desmond Waltz. Desmond is a world renowned entertainer who takes a sudden romantic interest in Ebony. His hidden sadistic and sexually devious desires for her erupt into rage, abuse, and imprisonment. Not only is Ebony's world turned upside down, but she has to deal with Desmond's desire to see her suffer under his thumb, but she is also subjected to his domineering mother, who hates her and abuses her every time she gets, leaving Ebony beaten and bloody and begging for the pain to stop. Will Ebony be able to break the perpetual cycle of abuse, self-hatred, and anguish? To what end is Ebony willing to go to finally be happy? What happens next in this riveting novel has twists and turns that will have your jaw dropping.

Pass the Nuggets, Please

2012 was an interesting year for me. I think I went up another size in my big-girl panties. LOL! I also picked up a few nuggets along the way and I wanted to share them with you.

1. Blessed are the Flexible Stuff happens. Life happens. Know that. Accept it. The sooner you do, the better off you will be. There's a saying, "Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out if shape." When things are not going the way you planned, you have to learn how to make lemonade out of your lemons.

2. Be Fearless I'm going to go out on a limb and say that fear is the #1 reason people stall out and don't move forward with their dreams. So, you try something and it doesn't work out. What's the worst thing that can happen? But what if you try and it DOES work out? What's the best thing that can happen? Ditch the fear and go!

3. Do Not Compromise If you have a vision of how things are supposed to come together, do not compromise it. It's fine to consult with others, but if that consultation turns into something that is contrary to your vision, don't do it. You have been gifted with a unique assignment. Your blessings are linked to that assignment. Do not allow anyone to talk you out of what has been divinely imparted unto you.

4. Make No Comparison Run your own race. Don't get distracted by what someone else is doing in your field. They have to walk out their calling in truth and integrity just like you. At the end of the day, it's about making an impact in this world. And how we do that, and to what extent, is different for everybody. So don't get distracted by others. Stay in your lane and run your own race.

5. Everything Ain't for You There are a lot of opportunities that may present themselves that may seem like good ideas. Other people seem to be successful doing it, so why not you? Well, some things may be a "good idea" but they may not be God's idea for you. Know the difference. Don't clutter your calendar with fruitless activities that will only distract you from your purpose. Everything ain't for you.

6. Stop Worrying About Supporters Too much of our energy can be focused on worrying about who is "supporting" us and who's not. We get so carried away with the naysayers that we overlook our cheerleaders. Just focus on your assignment. God did not give you that gift to fall on deaf ears. The people who need what you have to offer WILL support you. The others? Who cares? And here's a truth I learned long ago: Those who you think support you, may not. And those who you least expect are 100% for you!

7. Get Over Stuff...Quickly Offenses are a part of life. Your spouse, your boss, your child, your business partner will all offend you at some point on your journey. Get over it...quickly! Offense is one of the greatest ways to short-circuit your blessings. It allows you to hold too much junk in your heart and pushes out love and gratefulness. Make a decision to give people a "Grace Pass" upfront. That way, when they do something to hurt or disappoint you, you can extend them “grace by default.” That allows you continue to enjoy the liberty that has been set aside for you. Choose freedom: Love & Forgive easily.

There are a million more things I could probably say, but I just wanted to offer a few words to encourage you as you move forward in this year. Your journey may not be a Gravy Train rolling on Biscuit Wheels, but you can choose to learn the lessons and grow from them. As I mature, one of the greatest lessons I've learned is that life is not about the destination. It's all about the journey. And you'll be wise to grab a few nuggets along the way.

Happy New Year!

Tangie

African-American Female Television Actors

What do Tamara Jones, Taraji P. Henson, Kerry Washington and Megan Good all have in common?  All are actors of African-American decent who currently star or co-star in network (ABC, CBS, NBC) television series.  And we’re talking about drama series, not sitcoms.  I don’t believe that’s ever happened in the history of television.

We know Hollywood has difficulty creating original, positive roles for minorities, and it is rare for there to be so many opportunities at the same time.  I’m not sure why it’s happening now, but these women are part of successful shows; and the one thing that Hollywood does best is copy anything that’s successful.

The roles that these women portray are serious, intelligent roles.  They have substance.  They have depth.  As a writer (SoulVisionTV.com) I try to create similar roles for my female characters.  They are smart, accomplished, and confident women.  Yes, they might be a little devious at times, but overall they are positive portrayals.

Tamara Jones, Taraji P. Henson, Kerry Washington and Megan Good have all starred in movies produced primarily for African-American audiences for years.  And now to see them all having success in network television is a success worth recognizing.

I think this is a moment in time that we need to pay attention to.  Not because network television is that significant in the overall scheme of life, but because these women represent positive media influences.  It is a refreshing diversion from the characters so prominent in fake “reality TV”.

Rare, never before seen Whitney

Reflections

 Is Love Blind

Or do we choose to see only what we want

 I can see clearly now

We all have to look in the mirror to see ourselves.  Sometimes we do not see what others see.  We see what we believe about ourselves not necessarily what is real.  Sometimes we see what our mind tells us and sometimes we see what our heart tells us; our self-image may be a mixture of both.

The story I have told is very 'one-sided' in many ways.  It tells of the hurt I felt.  This hurt was real to me, however it does not tell of the hurt I caused that was just as real to my husband.  When I face my judgment day, I will have to account for every word I spoke and ever thing I did.  I have to reflect on me because this is the only way I can heal.

When I look back I cannot believe some of the things I did.  This was not me.  I say that, I believe this, and I know it to be true; so why can't I accept the same from my husband?  Why can't I accept that the things he did were not who he really is?  I must accept this just as I ask him to accept me for who I am...who I truly am even through the things I did.

I yelled and I cursed.....oh how I yelled.   I said hateful and hurtful things.  I was selfish and controlling.  At the time, I would have argued each of these admissions.  At the time, I would have believed I was doing the right thing.  I know now that I caused my husband to hurt in many ways also.  I must admit my faults.  The first is that I did not respect him as my husband; I did things that belittled him.  I had been a single mom for 20 years and had only my son to turn to.  This became a habit for me and I didn’t realize the hurt it caused my husband.  If there was something to be done; I would instantly say “let me ask (my son)” I should not have done this, I should have asked and accepted my husband’s word and opinion.  Another variation of this is that he would say something and I would not acknowledge that he said it until I heard the same thing from someone else.  By doing this I made him feel like I was not listening and I didn’t put any importance to what he said; it made him feel like I cared what others thought or said more than what he thought or said.  I should have known this because I felt the same way.  I have a very bad habit of talking…and talking…and talking…This caused many pains.  First it made my husband feel like I was treating him like a child.  It is not uncommon for me to say something several different ways and many times over.  I did not mean to make him feel like a child, this is something I really need to work on because not only did this cause my husband pain; I was also causing some of my own pain.  My husband would tend to “tune me out” after a while or after my story was repeating and this would make me feel like he was not listening or like he didn’t care what I had to say when in reality I was saying the same things over and over again.

The next fault of mine is that I was very controlling. I had to have everything my way because if I controlled the way things were, I would be sure they were done correctly.  I was so used to doing everything for myself and my children.  In my mind I had to do everything to be sure all was taken care of; I had to be sure all problems were solved.  Because of my mind set, I took charge in every situation and did not allow my husband to be the “man of the family”.  My mind had convinced me that I was taking care of him.  I would nag about everything; thinking that I was just making sure everything was getting done.  The Bible says it is Better to live out in the desert than with a nagging, complaining wife. Proverbs 21:19  & Proverbs 27:15 says An endless dripping on a rainy day and a nagging wife are alike.  This was me and I had no idea I was hurting him and I was not acting like his wife.  I was being a mom like I have always been.  He didn’t need a mom he needed a wife.

One of the faults that I hate about myself the most is in the things that came out of my mouth.  It is still hard for me to believe that I cursed the way I did.  I had not ever cursed like this before in my life.  I not only cursed, I said some very hurtful and hateful things.  I told my husband he was a crack-head whore, I told my husband that I hated him.  There is no way for me to say I am sorry for the words that came out of my mouth.

The guilt I feel for the ugly words I said and the way I acted will haunt me forever….who am I to complain about the names he called me when I did the same to him?  Who am I to judge him when I will have to stand before God for the things I did to him?

Stop … Think … Reflect

Only God can judge

We are all unique in the way God made us

Stop and see who you are before you judge others

Think and Thank God for all of our differences

No one is perfect … we all have faults

 Reflect and look inside yourself
