Help... Looking for assistance and tips

I am an independent jewelry consultant for Cookie Lee.  I love the items and want to continue to sell and become one of the top consultants, however I feel I keep hitting a brick wall in regards to my sells. I offer on line purchasing and advertise as much as I can.  I have alot of traffic, but it is a lot of window shopping.
