In what state are you trying to incorporate or form an LLC? I am an attorney and I will give you some general advice. Usually, LLC's are your best bet. LLC's provide you with the limited liability of a corporation and the single level of taxation as a partnership (that is, LLC's are pass through entities, whereas C-corps are not). Please let me know if I can be of assistance to you. I am barred in DC, VA and IN. Best of luck!
From reading online it seems like Delaware or Nevada has the best advantages but I really don't know. The business is going to be done online so I don't know if that has anything to do with choosing or not. Thanks for the info, I appreciate it.
