Hello my name is Tamesha....I'm in the process of starting my own greeting card business and I already started a fan page on facebook .I need to trademark the name that I want my business to be and I want to have a website to sell my cards. I currently live in California and I know each state has it's own laws. There is so much information online but I get overwhelmed. Can someone tell me what I need to do to start my at home greeting card business????......Thanks in advance :)

They both have specifics about starting, registering, obtaining a business license and setting up your business in CA.
Do you have some pre-made designs? If so you can go ahead and set up a website to sell your items. You didn't mention the name of your site...you should also check to see if that domain name is available and go ahead and purchase it so you will have when you are ready to start working on your website.
