About Me:
I am a certified life (ICF) and relationship coach (RCI) specializing in life's transitional issues which confront women after the age of forty. I help them develop strategies aimed at life-balance, clarity, and direction. I am also an author, speaker, and seminar facilitator. I am also a mentor to young at risk teens through a community organization in St. Paul, MN. I live in a suburb of St. Paul, MN and am widow of five years, a five-year breast cancer survivor, and a single mother of a teenage daughter.
