5 Simple Success Tips

Hello everyone, I found this article and wanted to share. Happy reading!!! Peace & Wisdom Kenyatta www.mahoganysoulskin.com Here are 5 powerful and effective success tips that you can use to enhance your work, your business, and your life. These are simple, precise, and easy to understand. 1. Get rid of the clutter — The consumer oriented society we live in offers a product that promises to repair or enhance almost anything. You can buy tips for success on how to improve your golf game, your business bottom line, or how to get out of debt. A side effect of this consumer oriented society is that we end up with too much stuff. Most of this stuff we never use. Much of it doesn’t perform as we expected when we do use it. We have exercise equipment that promised to make us thin, but we never use; movies that we bought on DVD, but never watch. We own bikes we never ride, and books we never read. When too much stuff clutters up our minds and our lives, it’s time to get rid of it. Cleaning house makes room for new things to appear in our minds, and our lives. Doing this spring cleaning exercise allows us to have fewer, but more powerful thoughts. It also allows us to become more focused and more effective in our actions. 2. Stop chasing success — Stop chasing success and looking for the big score. Instead, become task oriented and tackle and complete each task set before you. Set your goals and then become a magnet for the things you want. Envision in your mind what it is you want, and then break down the steps into tasks that are easy to do. The less you chase success, the more likely it is to come your way. 3. Create daily habits — Replace bad habits with good ones. Choose 10 things that inspire you and create habits around those things. 4. Get your work done in record time — Most of us have been there. You’ve had a month to complete a project, but you’ve hardly worked on it. It’s 3 days before the deadline, and you finish, just under the wire. If you can complete a project in 3 hours instead of 3 days, then complete it in the first 3 hours. Then use the remaining time to reward yourself and do something that inspires you. Spend time giving to others, or work on personal goals or your part-time business. 5. Know what you want — Decide on what you want. Decide to commit to your decisions, to take action and follow through, and decide to accept the consequences of your actions. Work on making each one of these success tips a part of your life. Add one per month for the next 5 months, and you’ll see a dramatic improvement in your productivity and your results in a short amount of time. By: Kurt Schmitt
