For those of you who don't know, I maintain the Black Business Women Online blog and network. Several women have asked me about medical billing, which is one of those work at home jobs that every one has heard of, but few no how it actually works or legitimate programs to work through. So my question is, do you know anything about medical billing that you can share. OR do you know of alternative home based business ideas that other moms can take advantage of?

I live in Charlotte, NC and MEDCO is a huge work at home employer. I'm not sure of how to get in with them exactly, but based on the large number of people that work for them - I doubt it's terribly hard.
