We as African American Women have been known, even thoughout the centuries, dating back to ancient egyptian times to care for our outer appearances. We are very colorful in the ways that we present ourselves to the public, from the way we wear our hair, makeup, and our god given talent for putting together clothing a ensemble that have gotten some very positive responses over many years. My question is, what time do we spend on our spirit and minds, developing and nurturing these areas of our lives. Why do I often run across a sista who is totally beautiful on the outside, but then I sense a huge chasm between her outer appearance and inner women, which is by the way, the real woman. I am a Certified Self Care Consultant with "Warm Spirit". We promote products that cater to the whole woman. View my Website: www.warmspirt.org/crystal.
