Now's the best time!

Have you said to yourself that you have to improve your health? Do you procrastinate in keeping your word to eat right? Exercise more? Well, I have a Health & Wellness radio show on Blog Talk Radio and I have asked my listeners to email me and let me know how they plan to make a healthier choice starting this week. I want to encourage you to begin today - you can substitute a fruit, yogurt, nuts, water (instead of soda)/fruit juice, etc. So far I have received emails that said they would start taking a walk now that it's nicer, ride their bicycle on the weekends, join a gym, stop eating fast food all the time and cut back. What's yours? Why not proclaim it and I will check with you to see how it's coming along or you can email me....... Now is the best time to take charge of our Health!
