Adding an Amazon Store to your Ning Network

I just got this question from Michelle, so I thought I would add my response to the forum. Question: Hey LaShanda, I have a questions for you. I have been wanting to sell books on my ning site that I think are relevant and would be helpful to my members. How did you set you store up on your site? I see that you the books are through Amazon. Do I need to set up a store with Amazon and can I just sell Amazon products? I perused Amazon and it looks like I need to have my own products to sell. Help a sista out :-) Michelle ------------------------------------------ My response: Hi Michelle, Create an amazon associates account - the link is at the bottom of the amazon.com page. When you create an account, you can create your own amazon astore and add books. You can then create a new page in ning, and embed your amazon astores iframe into your ning page. Be sure to enclose your astore code into this tag
