Best Places For Urban Ads

hey everyone, i once again want to thank you all for giving me advice on what to do to make my site more successful. my next question is about ads. i already happen to use adsense and linkshare but the ads that get put on my site from adsense and the ad vendors that are available to choose from from linkshare are not very relatable to my urban blog. so i was wondering if any of you have any ideas on some of the best places to get urban type ads.
