Can you feel it?
Can you smell it in the air?
Ahhh yea
something cooking in the White House and it's everywhere.
We are welcoming a family that will change history forever.
For us we can say never say never.
Making their home in the White House.
Also making it our house.
Can You Feel It?
No barriers, no discrimination or the color of your skin.
Will not be the excuse for you not to get in.
Hmmm the aroma is so so thick and in every room.
Having some real soul food up in there, I can her the girls say chef pass the spoon.
We must be prepared to do our part these next four years.
Help Obama and his family with this walk and show we care.
It won't be easy, but we have to put in some work and maybe some overtime.
Through it all we will make it as a nation, continuing the MLK Dream.
Yours and mines.
