If a company promises but doesn't deliver

Hi All, Just curious to know if you order a service from a company and they verbally say that "item a" is a part of "the package" as well as "item b". Contracts are signed, but "item a" and "item b" are overlooked on the contract.. both parties miss it (or do they).. now.. goods are to be recieved, but "items a" and "b" are missing.. what do you do?? is a verbal agreement, just as good as a contractual???

  • Nope. I would say it must be in writing. Only written contracts are enforceable.
