Your employees are another form of public relations. Each day your employees reflect your business and its brand. From the way they greet customers to the way they conduct themselves on their day off; it’s all an extension of you.
Social media hasn’t made employee public relations any easier. Last year a social media agency’s employee accidentally tweeted on their client, Chrysler’s, Twitter, “I find it ironic that Detroit is known as the (hash) motorcity and yet no one here knows how to (expletive) drive.”
