Over the years, I have watched as numerous women have entered many of my programs, but never experience the same returns as the men in my programs. But, it became clear that women need a specific type of accountability to achieve the success that men have been able to experience for years. Well, I believe that it is time that I show women, who have the right mindset, but lack the fierce confidence to walk into powerful meetings and demand results, (without offending anyone.)
