There are three basic steps to apply eye shadow. The simplest is to use a natural-colored eye shadow over the eyelid. If you desire more definition, add a darker shadow either in the crease of the eye or from the line up past the crease. If drama is what you’re looking for, layer father with your darkest shadow over the same areas. For best results, don’t forget to blend.
Makeup Tip:Shimmer shadows are great for adding a dramatic spark to any makeup look. Place them on the brow bone, the crease of the cheeks, or along the collarbone and shoulders for a luminous finish.
