The Best Way to Apply Mascara...
Starting at the base of the lash, wiggling the applicator from side to side for thickness, and pulling it outward for length. Allow the first coat of mascara to dry, and finish the rest of your face. Then reapply mascara as before. Finally, curl and comb your lashes and you’re out the door.
