About Me:
I am the owner and chef of my take out and catering business. I have been in business for 10 years. Growing up in Mississippi, I always enjoyed the dinners prepared by my mother and father. I grew up knowing what really good food was to taste like. After my move from Mississippi to Texas, I worked many years in the oil and technology industry. I started preparing food for functions at the job, for family and friends and it became increasingly enjoyable and therapeutic. Much later I started catering and preparing prepared meals for families. Some of the finest cuisines have been adapted and blended into something unique. We take a different approach to classic southern cooking, creating scrumptious dishes. Our food isn’t about the trendy or the normal home style cooking. It’s about eating elegant prepared meals from the south of Mississippi and we have included a variety of surprising dishes.
