About Me:

I am April Gabrielle’ a proud single mother of two and I reside in California with a Bachelor in Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Human Behavior and completed coursework in Master of Education. I modeled professionally doing runway, TV and print. In addition, I am trained as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), has counseled single parents and teens, including those residing in juvenile residential detention facilities. I'm also a motivational speaker; startup business consultant and owns and operates a mediation service. In May 2010 I released "The Myth of the Broken Home” based on my life as a single mother in America. This book provides single parents a step-by-step guide to reach their goal of effective parenting and helps to avoid the stereotypes of being a single parent.
