About Me:
I have a B.A. in Psychology and I work as a family support social worker issuing day care subsidy and providing crisis assistance for families in need of financial help. My new business COUCH TALK, LIFE COACHING, will allow me to help women and youth have confusion and conflict in their lives, such as common day to day stress factors at home, work, school, socially, or just battling conflicts within themselves. COUCH TALK provides an affordable way for people to have someone to talk to and coach them through these difficult situation. Often times people don't need mental health attention until they have had multiple stress factors weigh them down physically and emotionally. COUCH TALK will assist that person with relief before approaching that breakdown point. My purpose is to help women and youth live their lives more abundantly while making their dreams come true, positively coping with life's obstacles along the way. Visit my website below!

I concur with Althea. Ensure that you have narrowed your focus as it concerns your coaching target/audience. One BIG suggestion, research and open yourself up to group coaching as well as individual coaching.
In addition, take a moment, sit down, and bring that book out of yourself in the form of mini-books or ebooks.
