About Me:
My business, Buff Mom(s) offers in-home/office personal fitness training to women as well as nutraceutical health products. Although my primary clients are women, I would like to expand my business by reaching out to the youth population. The obesity problem in the U.S. is epidemic among our children. I've also started a networking group that provides financial education and support to single mothers. Becoming a recent single parent myself, playing the role of two parents can be physically, emotionally and financially overwhelming. Single moms need all the support they can get.
