About Me:
I am an experienced consulting professional with demonstrated success in building client relationships, establishing project strategy and deliverables; developing and delivering solutions; managing project resources and delivery teams. My skills include all aspects of engagement management including business development, strategic planning and project execution utilizing project management as a discipline. I am energetic, hardworking and resourceful. I bring structure, process improvement and mentoring to all engagements. I have managed custom and commercial software implementation projects. I have also participated in Business Development activities including proposal planning and preparation; design of development methodologies, budget formulation and analysis, research and analysis, and organizational management. I have managed some projects from inception to completion. Other projects were assumed with existing challenges - missed deadlines, poorly defined deliverables, etc. On these projects I re-established order and focus. I have enjoyed both types of experiences. I believe IT Projects can and should provide a 'positive' project experience for the participants and clients. I believe technology when applied in the right way at the right time can create more productive and profitable work environments. Specialties:My skills include all aspects of engagement management including business development, strategic planning and project execution utilizing project management as a discipline.
