I own a Women's Health Medical office-Wellness To Go. Our primary goal is to provide preventive medical care to the un-insured. Our services include low-cost Well Woman Exams(Pap Smears), Free Screenings for High Blood Pressure & Diabetes, Hormonal therapy for PMS & Menopausal symptoms, A Skin Care Specialist (just for us) and an online skin care & health product store. We offer Weekly "Soulful Heath Tips" online

About Me:

I am a Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Women's Health. I also have a degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. Currently, I am the first African-American Nurse Practitioner to own a medical practice in Arizona. We opened late last fall, and by the Grace of God, have been able to provide low-cost health care screenings & services to our community.
