Cris Simone (www.crissimone.com) represents the wellness goddess who is within us, the voice that quietly speaks to us about self-care. As a professional woman of color, Cris Simone understands the importance of balancing beauty and wellness. While climbing the ladder of a successful career, many women find it challenging to complement this path with quality self-care. Studies have shown that women of color are disproportionately affected by chronic illnesses. The most recent statistics show that this segment of the population has a high mortality from heart disease and breast cancer. Cris Simone wants to be a resource to help women of color to balance their lives with a healthy and happier lifestyle. We all know that achieving a balanced lifestyle is challenging; however, Cris Simone wants to assist women with achieving that goal. The Southern Entertainment Awards, oringinally out of Nashville, at Harrahs casino in Tunica, Ms. I am nominated this yr. I need everyone support on this voting process.
