About Me:

My inspiration for becoming a Women's Holistic Health Coach was my own battle with uterine fibroids. I was plagued with menstrual cycles so heavy, I could not leave the house. I had surgery to remove the fibroids in 2009 and had 8 taken out. Six months later, I learned the fibroids were coming back. I decided to work on healing myself with food and lifestyle changes as opposed to more surgeries and medication. Now I coach women with fibroids and other reproductive health challenges. I help women to reclaim control of their reproductive health, make peace with their bodies, and find power in being a woman. I also work as a Personal Chef providing vegetarian and raw vegan meals for families as well as doing in-home cooking classes. I also write articles and do workshops related to women's health.
