The Southern Entertainment Awards, originally out of Nashville, at Harrahs casino in Tunica, Ms. I am nominated this yr. I need everyone support on this voting process. It take jus a minute to go to the site(link below) Click BALLOT tab..VOTE will appear..Click it...look for the catagory: INDUSTRY POWER PLAYER(FEMALE)..YOU DO NOT HAVE TO VOTE IN EVERY CATAGORY...they will send you a comformation email that you MUST click to make your vote count..I have worked soo hard over the years, especially being a woman in the music industry, dealing with men who have tested my Womanhood and Rank..and have LOST... I'm humble for this recognition by my peers, and would love to be the FIRST BLACK WOMAN to bring this award home..Please comment on my page after you have voted for me..so I can see who my voters were(email all your friends to do the same)..I wanna thank all of you who's already voted for me..and I know I cant win without YOU!!Please add me...

  • Hi there, I just wanted to introduce myself and my new business. I am trying to network with as many people as possible to see if there are ways that we can support each other. I offer unique and affordable works of African art that make impactful gifts for all occasions. Do you know anyone who has a birthday or special event coming up, Hasoni?

    Thank you for your consideration.

  • Were you aware of the weekly Black Business Socials and the monthly Black Vendor Marketplace at TAG TEAM Movement Headquarters in Atlanta? A Black, multi-millionaire has developed a phenomenal Black economic empowerment, blueprint for our businesses and our communities. This concept is exploding in Atlanta. Black people come to shop every week, bringing more people with them each week.
Over $70,000 in sales of products from Black Businesses (including independent distributors), purchased by Black Consumers since mid-March. I thought you might be interested in the following info.

TAG TEAM Movement Black Business Networking Social (Wednesday, July 30, 2008 / 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

DESCRIPTION: Come network and shop with Black business people, socialize, have fun, hear from Black businesses owners and find out about the TAG TEAM Movement.
FREE Admission. Must be a member of the Black Business Network to attend (can join free at door).

NOTE: I had a fantastic weekend in Atlanta for the last TAG TEAM Black Biz Seminar a few weeks ago. Friday kicked off with a Buy Black Today Vendor Marketplace, which was supposed to be from 7-10pm, but lasted until midnight because people had so much fun shopping from Black businesses they didn't want to leave. Saturday's seminar was fun, inspirational, motivational and educational too! People came from Chicago, Texas, Maryland, Orlando, NJ and other places to attend this event. The weekend wrapped up with TAG TEAM training from 10am-4pm on how to educate our people on doing business with each other and buying from each other, to spark an economic movement in our communities, like other ethnic groups do to succeed.
