A tool I encourage all women to try out is Microsoft's Office Live Small Business, because it's perfect for entrepreneurs and small business owners. It's definitely what you would call a "one-stop shop", because you have your website, domain name, company e-mail, store and documents all in one place! Total time-saver.
It's got a lot of helpful features, but I think my favorite is the Email Marketing beta. If you like to send out Pure Romance newsletters, this is great because you can use HTML to spice them up, and it will even keep track of who's opening them! Perfect for doing marketing research.
