About Me:
Corporate Escapee Gone Rogue. A change came when diagnosed with Lupus in 2005. Instead of accepting it as a death sentence, I accepted it as an escape from my 50 hour workweek as a VP for a fortune 500 financial institution. I began to change my lifestyle and learn more about the disease. I networked and researched about how to have a better fit body and eventually became a source of information for my family and friends. I became a certified trainer in 2008 and am studying nutrition to complement my services. I also provide Beachbody products like p90x, Insanity and Chalean TurboKick Boxing.
