With a combined 27 years in the health care industry, Meranda Varnado and Aaron Palmer, both Certified Older Adult Fitness Specialists, created the nationally recognized music based, chair-aerobics program... Move Baby Move! This innovative exercise program continues to help thousands of older adults maintain their independence and vigor. Meranda and Aaron have presented their Move Baby, Move! program at events nationwide, some of which include, The Iowa Governor's Conference on Aging, The State Farm 50-Million Pound Challenge Expo, The Alzheimer's Association's Annual Conference, The Richardson Chamber of Commerce Health and Wellness Fair and the Texas Public Health Association's 85th Annual Conference. And, they have a DVD of their entire program for those of you who need a little help remembering some of the moves you'll see today. My name is Anik Brown and I am the organizer of a new meet up group in Dallas, TX called The DFW SistaPrenuers Business Network. I took a look at your profile and I think you would make a fantastic SistaPrenuer. Our group is about edifying entrepreneurial minded woman in the DFW area. Sharing ideas and knowledge to help each other grow our businesses and balance being mothers and wives with being driven career woman.
