Shirley E. Shepard, M.A., J.D., founder of LEGALLY IN ORDER, ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERTS is an innovator leader and facilitator, specializing in understanding and maximizing potential within organizations and individuals. Ms. Shepard’s professional experience expands over 25 years. Ms. Shepard earned a Masters in Organizational Consulting, from Philips Graduate Institute; a Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law; and a Bachelor of Science, from California State University, Los Angeles. Further, Ms. Shepard earned a Paralegal Certificate from Watterson College, and a Business Administration Certificate from Singer Business College. Ms. Shepard’s front line experience gives her a keen understanding of all aspects of organizational structure which brings a diverse range of experience and substantial real-world knowledge to each consulting engagement.
