Over 10 years in the helping profession as a direct care provider and senior manager. In that time I have developed a passion for helping the disenfranchised including foster children, HIV+, chemically dependent and ex-offenders. Currently own and operate Full Circle Development Group, Inc., a business dedicated to developing leadership and personal development skills in girls of color through the P Attittudes, poise, polish and perfectly orginal. We build on each strength by reshaping adversity into assets. Full Circle Development Group Inc. also provides quality assurance and program development consultation to small and medium size businesses in the Washington, DC metropolitan area..
