With limited quantity and only 24 hours to complete the purchase buyers need to act fast to snag today's must have item. I’m the creator of Soulful Engagements, a comprehensive wedding planning blog that offers a fresh voice for brides of color looking for advice and inspiration throughout the planning process. By providing relevant articles, practical advice and personal experiences I hope to make the wedding planning process as stress free as possible.

  • Weekend Beauty Tip

Skin rejuvenates itself as you sleep, so any makeup or dirt clogging your pores will prevent your skin from being its smoothest. For smoother skin apply moisturizer twice a day after washing your face. Have a great weekend!

  • Hey Stephanie!

We just wanted to stop by and let you know we were thinking about you!

We meant to reach out to you the other day when you posted "Celebrate Black Marriage Day" it's so good to know being black and married is still encouraged and smiled upon!

I, Tamara, got married in Aug. of '08 so I'll be sure to celebrate next year!

You have an awesome day, we'll talk soon!

  • Hi Stephanie,

Just stopping by to say, 'Hello.' I'm still loving your website; keep it up! Hope you have a fabulous week : )

  • Hey Stephanie! Thank you! Thank you! For posting my beauty tip on your site. May God blessings rain down on all that you do. Have a blessed day!
  • Thanks for the ADD...

    Beauty Tip:
When choosing a lip color that complements the natural shade of your lips and skin. Try plums, wines and deep reds flatter a dark skin tone, while light-brown beiges with pink or orange undertones complement a lighter skin tone. Olive skin looks good with brownish reds, light browns and raisin shades of lipstick.

Feel free to join my email list for weekly beauty tips located on my profile page.

Until next time… Have a wonderful day!
