About Me:

I am a 36 year old African-American woman. I recently started my own social service agency, Women In Progress, Inc. We provide a circle of support through resources and basic needs for formerly incarcerated women in Chicago. I am a member at the Lansing Church of Christ in Lansing, IL and love meeting new people, sharing the gospel, reading, writing, shopping, and looking for new ways to help others.

    I hope all is good. I am the writer,producer and lead actress from the play "The Cycle". October 10, 2009, HawkFilmz Enterprize and FAM Entertainment Theater Co, NFP, did something that no other film and theater companies had done in the city of Chicago before. Filmmaker Parris Reaves transformed the touring stage play “The Cycle” into a motion picture.
